AyaThe March of Progress is the union of all the branches of careers that spans the greater Spawn Isles. The March of Progress' council is comprised of administrative personnel and the leaders of the various branches. Together, the branch leaders come together to ensure fair play and fair pay.

Branch Leaders
- Bulki - The head of the Scrapper branch, and one the Cloud Dominion often relies on.
- Cogsworth - Declared, against his will, as the leader of the Tinkerer Branch.
- Jett - Charismatic Master Quartermaster, who did not mind being asked to be a part of the Cloud Dominion.
- Sterling - The brightest mind amongst the Artificers and branch leader.
- Clark - Famous explorer, champion of the Tailblazer Corp.
- Elara - Commander of the Bladewarden Guard, protector of the Cloud Dominion
