Sterling is the branch leader of the Artificers, a branch of the Cloud Dominion. He runs the gold refinery on Stellar Gallery, which processes ore from all around the isles. Under the refinery is a series of Nether portals for ease of access to gold ore.

Sterling can issue players a quest become an Artificer. After completing his quest, a player may speak to him to join the Scrapper branch.
