Cogsworth is a brilliant Tinkerer and has been recognized by the March of Progress as a branch leader. He can be found on the shop floor of Oak & Iron Works, the biggest workshop in the isles, and the heart of Hollowtree Island

Cogsworth cleverly issued a challenge to any who wish to join the Tinkerer ranks. It is a tricky, paradoxical, one may even say - recursive challenge. Those who complete it are sure to create the grandest of machines.
