Jett is a master Quartermaster, famous for brewing high quality ciders and beers. He owns the Brass Cog & Tankard, located on Hollowtree Island, which sells all manner of alcoholic drinks and recipes.
Master quartermasters are recognized by the March of Progress, and can induct new Quartermasters.
